And this is what happens when you don't turn off the fountain despite three days below freezing!

Oops.

It may look a little strange but the fountain part comes from the top and is fed with recycled rain water. It pours down over the structure which is made of recycled public works parts... lights, grates, cross walk buttons, transformers, etc....
